Granada Brass.<\/h2>\n

Granada Brass \u00a0<\/strong>was born in October 1998 when 5 young students the Royal Higher Conservatory of Music<\/strong> \u00a0\u201cVictoria Eugenia\u201d of\u00a0Granada<\/strong>\u00a0decided to join talents and effort in the search of new challenges in their musical careers.<\/p>\n

Since their formation Granada Brass has bet on contemporary and Sapanisch music, as can be appreciated in their first recording work\u00a0(\u201cEl Hombre Elefante\u201d, 2004)<\/a>, which is made up bu a collection of pieces entrusted by the Quintet to young Andalusian composers. Their second album,\u00a0\u00a0(\u201cRendezvous\u201d, 2009)<\/a> represents another of the most important features of this Quintet, their eagerness to embrace all the styles, from Renaissance to Jazz, including Baroque, Romanticism and Avant-Gardes, among others.<\/p>\n

Granada Brass has taken their music along a great extent of the Spanish territory, has been accompanied by the Orquesta Ciudad de Almer\u00eda<\/a><\/strong>, the Band of the Royal Higher Conservatory of Music \u201cVictoria Eugenia\u201d of Granada, the Musical Association \u201cMiguel \u00c1ngel Castillo Ojeda\u201d and the Musical Association \u201cPep Ventura\u201d<\/strong>. It has collaborated with institutions such as the University of Granada<\/strong>, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Granada<\/strong>, the Andalusia Youth Orchestra and the Andalusican Music Circuit<\/strong> and recently they have launched a compilation of Renaissance music of Christmas inspiration at the Cathedral of Granada with a great response by the audience.<\/p>\n

Third Prize at the I International Chamber music Competition \u201cAnton Garc\u00eda Abril\u201d<\/strong> (Baza, 2012).\u00a0Third Prize at the III National Chamber Music Competition \u201cCiudad de Lucena\u201d (2007). <\/span><\/p>\n

First Prize at the Chamber Music Competition of the Royal Higher Conservatory of Music “Victoria Eugenia\u201d, Granada (2001).<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

First Prize<\/strong> (2000) and Third Prize<\/strong> (1999) at the Chamber Music Competition of the Conservatory of Music \u201cTriana\u201d (Sevilla)<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Honorable Mention<\/strong>, Higher Degree of Chamber Music by the Royal Higher Conservatory of Music \u201cVictoria Eugenia\u201d of Granada<\/strong> and they were selected for representing Spain in the final phase at the I International Brass Quintets Competition, held in Lyon<\/strong> (France, 2005).<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Granada Brass<\/strong> has walked his music and his pedagogy applied to chamber music by a large part of Spanish territory doing concerts and courses for students of music, collaborating with Andalusian universities and other entities such as the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Granada, the Young Andalusia Orchestra, the Andalusian circuit of music or the Holy Church Cathedral of Granada.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
